Beta, SMR for ADD ADHD - 25 minutes

iThrive Hypnosis LLC

This session helps reduce the symptoms of ADHD.  It stimulates alpha and SMR in the right brain hemisphere and alpha and beta in the left.  Use with headphones

Before each session, make sure you are well hydrated.  Then find a quiet, comfortable place in a chair or lying down, free of distraction.  After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.

For people with ADD, beta stimulation may actually be very soothing, and may lead one to fall asleep.
