SLEEP DEEPLY - Deep Delta – 40 minutes

This session is embedded with a Delta frequency to promote deep, restful sleep. Our brains have the plasticity to change in relation to its environment and the Delta frequency leads your system into a deep restful sleep.

Establish healthy habits that promote sleep, such as getting exercise during the day and turning off the television and electronics (which interfere with the production of melatonin) a couple of hours before bedtime. Use at bedtime; just push play, put your head on the pillow and go to sleep.
